High Temperature Laboratory
High temperature Gero HTRV 70-250/17-4G vertical positioned designed furnace and equipped with Eurotherm controllers in combination with KP 300 Panel can be operated up to 1800°C with using MoSi2 heating elements installed in a rectangular housing. The oven can be performed under vacuum and has inert and reactive gas equipment. This equipment allows to fully control of the heating and cooling rates also the pulling device speed for a wide assortment of options, modifications and the expertise to create a custom solution. Additionally, the data is recorded.
Typical applications: hardening, anneling, tempering, soldering, brazing, degassing, calcination, sintering, synthesis, sublimation, drying, metal injection modling (MIM), ceramic injection molding (CIM), growing of single crytals using Bridgman method.
- Nabertherm oven with a working temperature of 300°C and forced air circulation is used for drying and warm storing.
- Nabertherm muffle furnace L5/C6H is monitored and documented via software package by computer.
- Nabertherm B180 furnace can be programmed and controled via software package by computer.
- Nabertherm LE4/11/R6 furnace is monitored and documented via software package by computer.
